How to share

To get involved, simply share a photo or video of your movement whether that's a morning walk to the shops, a wheelchair spin through the park, a dance in your living room, or anything in between. Every movement counts and every story matters. You can use one of our ready-made social media graphics (available to download below) if you'd prefer, or post your own image or video. When sharing, use the caption guidance and messaging below to help tell your story, and make sure to include our campaign hashtags and tag us so we can celebrate your movement with you and share it with the wider Together We Move community across Scotland.
